The simple answer is community.
We can agree to define community as a place where everyone’s needs are met -sustainably and equitably.
The sustainable part is supported by a working infrastructure that I like to call the ecosystem. (See diagram)
With an intentional setup like this, one can predict the outcomes to expect, on a consistent basis.
Not to get too technical, but when you have your core business, you can acquire the rest.
Media gives you leads. IP for intellectual property like trademarks and software. Team & Resources provide access to operations & dev teams and affiliates. Supply & Distribution for manufacturing. Product and Service vendors improve your profit margins and lifetime customer value.
Imagine if this ecosystem, this engine could support not just the business to thrive, but the entire spectrum of society- from the family to the tribe, to the village, City and Nation.
These are the makings of a movement.
With that kind of uniformity, one can scale exponentially without dilution and effort.
In my model, I have these stages of a movement redefined as follows:
- Family Office
- Soul Tribe
- Green Village
- City/State
- Nation/Continent
By the time we are done, whatever product or service we were selling, we would have left a positive and indelible imprint on the world and a legacy for generations to come.
This is what I am building for myself and working to help others with a similar vision.
Let me know what you think and if this resonates in any way, book a call.
